DON'T CALL ME NIGEL

Graham Seed (Nigel Pargetter in BBC Radio 4’s The Archers) comes to the Epsom Playhouse on 18th September to talk about life after Ambridge, his loves, his dreams and how he met Nigel…

He has recently been voted RADIO BROADCASTER OF THE YEAR 2010 in ‘recognition of his 27 years as the charming and eccentric Aristocrat Nigel Pargetter in The Archers’ by the Broadcasting Press Guild.  He is also a recipient of the Voice of the Listener and Viewer 2010 SPECIAL AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN BROADCASTING – sponsored by Roberts Radio.

Graham said “It is with huge sadness that I leave The Archers after 27 years. Nigel Pargetter was a joy and a privilege to play, from 'Mr Snowy' to proud father. His enthusiasm, charm and love of life helped make Ambridge a happier place.”

Explore with Graham, his love of poetry and remembrances of favourite characters he has portrayed on stage and screen.  Join him for an eclectic mixture of Coward, Wodehouse, A. A. Milne and other original authors.

The audience will have the opportunity of taking part in a question and answer session with Graham at the end of the show.  Maybe you can find out just exactly what happened that night on the roof, and just how high that fall really was?!
